Obama hilariously gave himself a B+ when asked by Oprah Winfrey what grade he'd applyto himself for his first year as President. Of course he'd have given himself an A+ if only that dastardly George W. Bush hadn't ruined everything for him.
"On her Christmas in Washington special on ABC last night, Oprah Winfrey asked President Obama to grade himself.
“Good, solid B-plus,” the president said.
Explaining, he said, “we have inherited the biggest set of challenges of any president since Franklin Delano Roosevelt."

I, personally and FAIRLY, would give him an F. He's a complete failure as a President.
