Last night I was watching the news, and for some reason, they felt it was "newsworthy" to mention that the new Jodie Foster movie, Flight Plan, was being boycotted by flight attendants everywhere.

YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!

All right children, let's discuss this.

1) It's a movie.
2) It's a fictional movie.
3) This means it is "made-up".
4) Just like Farenheight 9/11, the story was created in the minds of people who get paid big bucks to make up pretty lies, to entertain you.
4) If it offends you, you need to get a life.

I say we boycott flight attendants, until the lighten the hell up.

Cindy Sheehan. She had my sympathy for about 1 week. Then she opened her mouth and lost all credibility. Typical of her kind. She's become a puppet for the left, just another MoveOn.org play thing.

Now, after we got to view her sh*t eating grin as she was carried away and arrested for BREAKING THE LAW, this sad hack has stepped up the rhetoric and spit in the face of our men and women in uniform once more.

She had the audacity to call John McCain a war-mongerer(love that Armand!). This man, who fought for this country and endured hell in the Hanoi Hilton for over 5 years. This man who honorably stayed there, with his comrades, when he could have been sent home.

She continues to spit in the face of our soldiers and fight against the very thing her son, Casey, believed in. Now how the hell is that honoring his name?

We all know they make me sick, but this has got to top the list for disgusting:

Nope, I don't choose to have my head in the sand in regard to illegal immigration. Ya'll can sit there with all of your arguments that they "come here for a better life". Your talking to a wall that stopped listening to that B.S. a long time ago.

My husband immigrated here- legally, from England. We paid money we couldn't really afford, to do it right. And what is our reward? 7+ years later and still not a citizen. Hell, his green card will run out at this rate, before he's made a citizen.

I don't care what your skin color is, what your background is, or which border you cross, if you cross it illegally, your ass should be punted back over by force. Maybe slap a tracking tag on you to monitor that you do not come back over? I just don't care. Rise up against tyranny in your own friggin' country and stop telling me I need to assimilate to your "culture".

Better yet, if you suspect your neighbor isn't a law abiding citizen, if you suspect they crossed a border and are here illegally, go to www.ICE.gov. They can help you out. : )

Well, I suppose I shall have to say something about the protesters in D.C.

I watched the news. They truly looked like they were having a good time. Good for them.

My concern, is not that they protested. I support that right, I may want to throw large breakables at their heads, but I do not begrudge them the right to free speech. Nor should they begrudge my right to say I dream of the day when they all go to Canada/Europe as promised last November.What I have a concern about, is the adverse effects on our troops.

Now, If I were serving in the military, and had just returned from Iraq and saw and heard what went on there, I would have no doubt in my mind, that these people did NOT support me in any way. If there is anyone turning this war into another Vietnam, it's the left. Unfortunately, I see military personnel already getting spit on by those opposed to the war. Nice. I can't understand how one can "support the troops" and yet not what they fight for. Talk about hypocritical.

Most of the time when I hear a new P.C. term, I roll my eyes and laugh. But lately, I have reached the point where I believe that Political Correctness has reached a threshold that is one step away from mental.

I'll give you some examples.Jesse Jackson (shudder) claims that calling the people displaced from Hurricane Katrina "Refugees" is racist. When, in fact they are refugee's: individuals seeking refuge. Are they not? I mean, this is hair splitting at it's finest. Who cares what you call them? Help them, get them jobs, money, food, clothes and a roof over their heads.

Then you've got the case of Indiana University changing the name of gingerbread men, to Ginger People. Are you kidding me. Who's really upset because they called them gingerbread men? GET A LIFE!!!!

Here's a good one.......Florida State University can no longer use their Seminole mascot, because these types of mascots have been deemed culturally insensitive. By whom? Not the Seminole Indians, the Seminole Tribe of Florida in June passed a unanimous resolution declaring its support for FSU's nickname and mascot. Hello, anyone else see the problem here?

The Roanoke Times reports that officials at Virginia Tech are allowing sexually segregated classes for visiting Saudi students because U.S. officials don't want to "impress our culture on them." What the heck? You've gotta be kiddin' me.

Channel 12 News in Long Island, New York, ordered flags removed from the newsroom and red, white, and blue ribbons removed from the lapels of reporters. Why? Management did not want to appear biased and felt that our nations flag might give the appearance that "they lean one way or another"...

Harvey Weisenberg (N.Y.) tried to pass a bill that would have required state officials to put the person before the disability, or use the term "people with mental illness" instead of the term "mentally ill," for example. Thank god Pataki vetoed that. Because it's just getting out of control.

My goodness, I could go on for days. But what it really boils down to, is that we as a country have too much time on our hands. People are sitting around looking for sh*t to nit pick. Like, say, the A.C.L.U.Let's pose a few hypothetical questions

Here they are:
1) You are an American, you were born here. You are of Mexican heritage. Are you and American, or a Mexican-American? Do you really care?

2) Your local high school is called "The Fighting Irish", you are of Irish descent. Does this name make you writhe? Are you insulted?

3) The coffee shop on the corner has started serving Italian flatbread. Imagine you are Italian, would you be insulted, I mean, they could be implying that the Italians are flat.

4) I'm black. You are white. We are both U.S. citizens.My ancestors come from Africa, yours from Scotland. When I'm at the DMV, you are given several choices for nationality, none of which are "American". I get to choose "African-American", you have to choose "white". How is that fair, don't you feel that the DMV is discounting your Scottish heritage. Shouldn't you get to choose "Scottish-American"? Huh? That DMV, they are a bunch of racists!!!! What do you think?

5) Say you've crossed the border illegally. Doesn't matter what your nationality is, or which border. But, you've crossed it illegally. You would then be an illegal alien, right? Because you didn't immigrate, you snuck over the border like a fox into a hen house. You broke the LAW, right?

6) Sally Sue get's a F on her book report, because she didn't read the book, she thought the Cliffs Notes would take care of it. But the mean teacher marked her report up in RED PEN!!!! Now, Sally's parents are outraged that the mean teacher would hurt their child's' fragile mental state by marking the paper in red. It is then suggested that the teacher use purple. Everyone agrees. But, does it change the fact that that Sally still got an F because she failed to study?

I could go on and on, but you get the point. So those of you who ride the P.C. love cruise, here's some advice for you, Non-P.C. style:Take a moment to put down your grande-soy-mocha-latte. Really look at your self in the mirror and realize that you need to lighten the hell up. P.C. Disease is killing you. Someone with Schizophrenia is not "mentally challenged", they are schizophrenic. No such thing as a peaceful F on a paper, f's suck, doesn't matter what the color of the pen is. You live here, you are a citizen, then you are AMERICAN, not Chicano, not white, not pacific islander, not black. AMERICAN!!!!! Calling a sports team, The Braves or The Seminols, is an honor, deal, they like you, that's why they named themselves after you.If someone wants to say "God bless America", they can. If flying my flag insults you, move to another country. Really, you probably already promised to do that last year, show me some follow through. In California, at least, our official language is ENGLISH, learn it, next time I call the phone or cable companies and get a message in another language, someone is losing an eye.

Frankly, I don't really care what you do, just stop the insanity that is Political Correctness.
