How Does Jay Carney Do It?

I ask this seriously, how does a man get up everyday and cover all the lies coming from his boss, with a straight face. Does he even look at himself in the mirror anymore? Can he even feel shame or remorse? I wonder what he'll say in his tell all book. I'm just amazed he's still there.
