Missing Soldier "Found"

sgt maupin,soldier
"Sgt. Keith Matthew Maupin's parents vowed to never let the U.S. Army forget about finding their son.

Their efforts included trips to the Pentagon and even meeting with President Bush, but they ended in disappointment Sunday: An Army general told them the remains of Maupin, a soldier who had been listed as missing-captured in Iraq since 2004, had been found."

It's easy to forget in the fighting and yelling back and forth at each other that these are fellow Americans not just some unnamed entity. These soldiers are people with families, friends, lives snuffed out by an enemy with no qualms in using them as pawns in their games.

Today please take a moment out of your day to remember this. Take a moment to think of the sacrifice young SSgt. Maupin made for you, for this country. Try to imagine what his parents have gone through for the last 4 years. Try if you can to put yourself in their place. Please, I ask you, take a moment to mourn his loss and the loss of every brave soldier that has died in this noble fight. And to remember they are Americans just like you, they are people just like you and they are missed by us all.

For the Moonbats who like to call them cannon fodder, liken them to baby killers, spit on them via words, hurtful words and shameful protests, even you need to stop just for a moment and think about these brave men and women. Men and women who fight an enemy who would gladly see each and every Moonbat, Neo-Con, Libtard, Wingnut and free man and woman dead.

My deepest heartfelt sympathy and goodwill goes to SSgt. Maupin's family today and everyday. May he rest in peace.
