MTV SUCKS: VMA Host Russell Brand Hates America

I watched MTV the first day it started, back when it was about crazy, funny VJ's and Music. Those days are long gone now.

The VMA'S (Video Music Awards for those of you NOT in the know) used to be a source of lowbrow, ribald entertainment that focused on the actual musicians and bands that the show was about.

In recent years the VMA's have become a pre-election Leftard bonanza filled with Diddy inspired "Vote or Die" banality. Stepping up the game, MTV, which is owned by leftist shill Viacom, hired Russell Brand, a "comedian" from England whom my own British husband described as a "worthless wanker" and who's only real claim to fame was dressing up like Osama Bin Laden the day after 9/11. Russell Brand uck and so does MTV.

Here's just a small portion of his putrid discharge from last nights VMA'S.

BRAND: “Now, as a representative of the global community and a visitor from abroad, I don’t want to come across a little bit biased, but could I please ask of you people of America, to PLEASE ELECT BARACK OBAMA. Please! On behalf of the world. (Camera pans to singers Chris Brown and Britney Spears applauding and cheering.) Some people, I think they’re called racists, say that America is not ready for a black president. But I know America to be a forward-thinking country, right. Because, otherwise, you know, would you have let that retarded cowboy fellow be president for eight years?

We were very impressed. It was nice of you to let him have a go. Because in England, George Bush wouldn’t be trusted with a pair of scissors.

I am obliged by broadcasting law to show some balance in this situation, which means, uh, the Republicans might be alright. Sarah Palin. She’s a VILF! A vice president I’d like to…fumble, fondle, I dunno. I do feel a little bit sorry for her daughter, getting pregnant, poor kid. Is it a boy? Is it a girl? It’s a P.R. stunt. Come on. Be honest.

And I feel most sorry for that poor teenaged father. Boy. One minute, he’s just a teenaged lad in Alaska having joyful, unprotected sex. And the next minute: Get to the Republican convention. I think that is the best safe sex message of all time. Use a condom or become Republican! …That boy will spend the rest of his life masturbating while wearing a condom…

…New music, new president, and brand new America. And you people deserve it after eight years of Bush. I promise you, you deserve it…

The Obamaphiles all moaned ecstasy as this former sex and drug addicted fucktard, Russell Brand, bashed the hell out of 50% of this country, a 17 year old girl and even that harmless little boy band, the Jonas Brothers. Disguting. My husband who is familiar with him said even the people in England think he is a "bit of rubbish".

But, the good news is that it appears the VIEWERS, found this Brand to be unpalatable. Here are a few of the comments from viewers from LabBlog.MTV:

"I was absolutely disgusted with the VMAs last night. I had looked forward to watching and actually turned it off after a few minutes. Russell Brand was horrible!!"

"I was so outraged about the host's comments last night. No matter which party you are or who you will be voting for--- that was DISGUSTING. I do not need to hear a foreigner discuss his views of our politics. I changed the channel and I will tell everyone I know to email and call your channel and advertisers. You should be ashamed of yourselves, and the sad thing is that I am sure all of your big executives are loving all of the outrage. Well, we will see how much they love it when your advertisers start backing out and ratings go down! Shame on you!"

I tuned in last night to watch the VMA's... hoping for a great show. I was extremely disappointed by the choice of Russell Brand to host the VMA’s for many reasons... How could you hire a guy to host the VMA's who the day after 9/11 came to work dressed as Bin Laden?

"I was appalled at the idiot that hosted the VMA's last night. This was the first year I had to turn it off because I was so disgusted! MTV owes its viewers an apology. If we had wanted to bash our country, we could have watched the DNC on cspan. You suck, MTV!! And, You suck even more, Limey host that I've never heard of..."

I have to say, other than 1 or 2 messages in support, they all pretty much sound like these. Which, I have to say makes me feel better.

Make some time today to let MTV and it's advertisers know exactly what you think of this kind of BULL-puckey.

It's really a shame that MTV moved away from what it did well, which was music. All they feature now are shows about spoiled rich elitists (The Hills, Sweet 16, Laguna Beach, Cribs, Obama), nymphomaniac whack jobs(Real World,Road Rules and my "personal favorite" ENGAGED & UNDERAGE) and America hating British bastages. Sad.
