This book deals with the rise of the 'New Russia', the return of the KGB and the new 'Evil Empire' and is part of the Alex Hawke series. In TSAR, Hawke will deal with a re-generated Kremlin, one which will stop at nothing to recoup its lost territories and assert world dominance.
