Biden Breaks Obama's Teleprompter

I'll give Biden this, he's a gaffetastic spastic and is great for a laugh:

The wind blows Biden's teleprompter over @ the Air Force Academy graduation he says "what am I going to tell the President when I tell him his teleprompter is broken? What will he do then?" LOL!!!! No love lost there me thinks.
