We do not need ANY hate crime laws. A crime is a crime, a murder a murder, a rape a rape. Say no to the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act.

And can someone tell me why this is included in the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010?
