Mexican Officials to Patrol Staten Island Following Latest Bias Attack...

Yeah I get it....a man was attacked. It seems he was attacked because he was Mexican. But how is it that the Mexican government is being allowed to patrol Staten Island? What right do THEY have to enforce our laws? Very disturbing.
