"Glenn Neff, the Florida man in custody after county authorities say he built a device that would shoot fireworks horizontally from the top of his Jeep Cherokee, left messages on what appears to be his Facebook page decrying the Federal Reserve prior to his arrest. Neff, who told authorities he planned to ignite the fireworks on the National Mall, was arrested in the Cabin John Regional Park Monday night. Neff told authorities he didn’t intend to hurt anyone with the home-made device, but rather planned to “draw attention to himself and issues he had with the banking industry,”No really they are so not cute at all.
