Not once but a few times. And the media is silent. Mike Malloy has got to be one of the most disgusting pieces of shit to ever live. Apparently his argument is that everyone killed was a bible thumper and they must be pissed their "gawd" turned them into a bunch of grease spots. And Rush is the bad one in this scenario?
