Obama Vs. The Constitution

Monday Obama whined that the evil Supreme Court Judges were going to rain on his Obamacare parade. Obamacare, the UNPRECEDENTED, anti-Constitutional, scary expensive clusterfuck Obama seems to think to this very day is his coup de grâce, may go down via the Supremes. It's REALLY pissing him off. So he mouthed off....his handlers must be tripin'.

"Mr. Obama all but threw down the gauntlet with the justices, saying he was "confident" the Court would not "take what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress."
BUT.....As a expert on the Constitution as Obama CLAIMS to be, he'd know that the very job of the Supreme Court is to argue cases of UNCONSTITUTIONAL LAWS passed by unscrupulous politicians etc......IT seems odd he does not grasp this concept.

Now he's been SERVED....Appeals court fires back at Obama's comments on health care case....Awwww even CBS had to report on this one...this little bitch ain't going away Barry.

Backtrack much? "The point I was making is that the Supreme Court is the final say on our Constitution and our laws, and all of us have to respect it, but it's precisely because of that extraordinary power that the Court has traditionally exercised significant restraint and deference to our duly elected legislature, our Congress. And so the burden is on those who would overturn a law like this," Mr. Obama said."

No you stupid stupid fuck....the burden is on total assfucks who would PASS A LAW LIKE THIS. Let's review some of my FAVORITE Obamacare quotes....

The (Healthcare) bill that’s coming through the House, with or without the public option, isn’t good for America. — Rep. John Adler (D-NJ)

You know we’re going to control the insurance companies. -Joe Biden

As I said publicly, I can’t vote for a bill that will publicly fund abortion. — Chris Carney (D-Pa.)

“What good is reading the bill if it’s a thousand pages and you don’t have two days and two lawyers to find out what it means after you read the bill?” -- Rep. John Conyers (Mich.) at the National Press Club, July 24

The reason tort reform is not in the [health care] bill is because the people who wrote it did not want to take on the trial lawyers in addition to everybody else they were taking on. And that’s the plain and simple truth. — Howard Dean

The problem is this we are spending almost a trillion dollars and folks are telling me I should vote yes and we will fix it later. You wouldn’t buy a car for a trillion dollars and say yeah, it doesn’t run but we will fix it later. — Rep. Stephen Lynch (D-Mass.)

And my absolute FAVORITE.....

Hey Barry!!!! LEAVE HEALTHCARE ALONE....because...all in all you're just another brick in the wall.
