Obama Has NO Class: Bush Blaming At the Portrait Hanging

I was running late to work but watched as much as possible of the President Bush portrait hanging this morning at The White House...

I did however catch all of the part with Obama BLAMING BUSH, again. Holy shit can that guy let it go for one 3 minute speech? He has absolutely zero class.
