Actually a lot of people start their own business all by themselves Mr. Obama. With no government "help" at all. Government hindrance maybe, but help? And the internet? It was built by many, many people from Len Kleinrock, J.C.R Licklider, Larry Roberts, Kahn, Serf and Perlman. And more. MIT(private)/UCLA(public) and SRI(independent non-profit) research helped create it Barry.
