So today is the deadline to fix this monstrosity and early reports in say it still sucks donkey balls but is a bit faster. BUT, who gives a shit when not one single solitary person has actually set up payment for it. Even if you are able to get in and sign up, there is no interface to set up payment. It's like signing up for a mailing list. You provide all your persona information to a clearly unsecured government website and you don't even get the pleasure of paying. How....interesting.
