MoveOn.Org, and Lovely Ballots

So, the phone rang last night, I pick it up, and there's this guy named Mike on the other end. He says,"Is this Jennifer *****?" I said yes, and he proceeded to tell me that he was calling on behalf of MoveOn.Org, calling to make sure I'm going to vote for Francine "you don't need no stinking papers" Busby.

I said, no sir, I wouldn't vote for her if you actually paid me. And I'm a Republican, so why the hell am I on any call list for MoveOn.Org or Francine Busby? He said he didn't know and to call MoveOn.org. Nice guy, he felt kinda bad, in fact he said I was like the 10th Republican he'd called, and he was frustrated by it, because he knew he was wasting his time. I agreed, he sure as hell was wasting his time with me.

Anyway..... I shall indeed contact MoveOn.org, and ask them who they bought my info from. I am in no way listed anywhere. I'm on the do not call registry and I never give out my home #, anywhere. Hmmmmmm Can anyone say illegal wiretapping???? LOL. I loathe MoveOn, they disgust me, so it wouldn't surprise me that they obtained my information by nefarious means.

Anyway, I was # 1. I love being the first voter....I love the fresh pens, the sealing of the box. The small "I voted" sticker. What a lovely day.
