So Cindy Sheehan's lover Hugo "Sulphur Satan" Chavez has decided he wants to be able to decree laws. You know, like in a, say, dictatorship. He says it's law and poof, it is....none of that pesky Democracy stuff.

Of course Cindy's beau got all pissed off when State Department spokesman Tom Casey said that, well, that's probably not a good idea. In fact he said that Chavez's nutty decree has,"caused us some concern." Indeed.

So, what does the leader of one of the REAL AXIS OF EVIL(TM) nations have to say? What deep, moving speech has he prepared to counter our displeasure at his antics?

He said, and I quote: "Go to hell, gringos! Go home!"
