I said then I thought the person who made the poll was a flaming moron. The FBI and the Secret Service were all over this like white on rice. Overkill much, it was JUST A QUESTION.


But then we have 41 year old Yousef al-Khattab, a muzzie cab driver from New York who "used his Web site to mock the beheading of journalist Daniel Pearl posted a prayer calling for the murder of Jews and exhorting Muslims to “throw liquid drain cleaner in their faces."

And apparently according to Judge Andrew Napolitano, his hate filled spewings are "absolutely protected" by the First Amendment.
