In general it was pretty tame. Exactly ZERO pro-prop 8(YES ON 8) people turned out so there were no skirmishes, which was good. It was too damn hot to fight. Most eclectic group of people I have ever seen. Shame they didn't get the memo that we SAID YES, TO TRADITIONAL MARRIAGE. November 4th was weeks ago.

Attack Of The Gay (Marriage Proponents):STR8 HATE

They are taking to the streets in massive protests, black listing businesses and beating old ladies. No, I'm not talking about Evil NeoCONS; I'm talking about the supporters of gay marriage.

Tomorrow at 10am, thousands of gay marriage supporters will be taking to the streets of San Diego once again, to scream their message of equal rights for all whilst driving those who disagree with them into the ground. How, "peaceful".

As a person who has been supportive of the gay community for the whole of my life, I find my support waning with each disgusting incident of str8 hate I have witnessed in the last 2 weeks.

"The Sacramento Bee reports that in Fresno, a prominent pastor who supported Proposition 8 received death threats, prompting police protection. His church was also vandalized.

In Southern California, a Catholic Church's "Yes on 8" signs were rearranged into a swastika. Yes on 8 attorney Andrew Pugno reports several churches have been vandalized with spray-painted No on 8 slogans."

"Scott Eckern, the former artistic director of the California Musical Theater, made a $1000 donation to the Yes on Proposition 8 campaign." -Forced to quit.

Boycotting, harassing and terrifying business owners and their employee's.

Elderly Woman Attacked By Gay Marriage Supporters

This is ABSOLUTELY disgusting. Not only do they rip the cross out of her hands and stomp on it, they beat her with their "No on 8" signs and push her around, get in her face and scream. This is truly disgusting.

Proposition 8 - Gay Marriage Ban-UPDATED

Let me just say that this is NOT AT ALL HELPING. Like the illegals parading around in the streets with Mexican flags and tearing down US flags and replacing them with Mexico's flag... all that did was piss people off big time. The gay community is NOT DOING THEMSELVES ANT FAVORS at all with these marches. Not in the least bit. See this is NOT a civil right movement. This is about sexual preference and people are clearly less tolerant. We can see that in how California voted on prop 22 and now 8. Twice now very clearly the people of California have said NO. Maybe someday that will change, but it is the will of the people.

I'm going to have to agree here. The people have spoken. Florida and Arizona also approved a ban on gay marriage. The liberal congress in California and in the state senate and the courts keep trying to overturn Prop 22, which defines marriage as between a man and a woman. The people clearly don't want it. It is not the time.

Gay Marriage Coming To A State Near You

Yesterday the California SCOTUS, against the will of over 70% of the voting people of this state, overturned the gay marriage ban.

So much for "we the people".

Regardless of how one feels about those in the LBGT community, it is outrageous that the court, 7 men and woman, feel they can out rule 70% of the state's voters, who voted on this issue twice now at great taxpayer expense.

There are pro's and con's from both sides on this issue. But I still maintain that gay marriage should remain the choice of the state and that if you are gay and want to be united with your partner, then have a civil ceremony. I did with my husband as neither of us are religious.

Of course, this could give Fred Phelps a coronary and we can all agree that would be good news.

Evil Gay Hating Boyscout Saves The Day

The liberal left in this country has been attacking Boy Scouts for years. Here in San Diego, the Boy Scouts who do untold humanitarian and environmental good, have been forced out of their lease at Balboa Park and have been on the run from the ACLU and like groups for years.

Why? Because the Boy Scouts, a PRIVATE organization, chooses to not allow gay scouts. It's that simple. They are evil because they choose to be gay free. Now of course gay's are allowed, just like blacks, to have "gay only" groups and organizations, but not the Boy Scouts.

I say fuck that shit.
