Let's look at MoveOn.Org

Foreword: Please come visit California Conservative. I'll be contributing occasionally. I think it's a great site, California needs more conservatives to speak out!
Moveon.org, made the error of getting my name somehow and calling me up, and urging me to vote for Francine "you don't need no stinking papers" Busby on Monday. I've decided to look closer at this hate group.

At the bottom of their home page you find this statement:
MoveOn.org Civic Action is a 501(c)(4) organization which primarily focuses on nonpartisan education and advocacy on important national issues.

NONPARTISAN???????

Moveon.bs was started by Joan Blades and (her husband) Wes Boyd(Read: Rich ass Bay Area residents)..... Back in the 90's Berkeley Systems(Joan and Wes's company) filed a suit against Delrina software(Now Symantec) because Delrina made a mock-up of Berkeley's famous "flying toasters" screen saver. We all remember that.

This set a legal precedent that software companies do not enjoy the same First Amendment protections against satire as others do. Doesn't sound very Liberal to me......But this might be because they are just as rich as those oil company barons they love to bash.

Ironically, Boyd and Blades founded Moveon.org in 1998 to support Billy "I's got me an intern" Clinton. Its growth during the year 2000 was a direct result of the McCain-Feingold Campaign Finance Reform bill, which critics described as eliminating the First-Amendment rights of businesses to donate to political campaigns. (An additional side effect of this was that 527 corporations such as MoveOn could exist with additional tax benefits.) What is a 527 corp you ask?? "According to the IRS, a Section 527 (§527) organization is an organization that is created to receive and disburse funds to influence or attempt to influence the nomination, election, appointment or defeat of candidates for public office."

So, they operate as a nonprofit. Their status is: 501(c)(4) - Various political education organizations. But they are also a PAC and a 527.

Sure seems like they are full of sh*t.

Great article here on their status.

Political neutrality. I don't think so.

"MoveOn is a service - A way for busy but concerned citizens to find their political voice in a system dominated by big money and big media."

Yes, started by BIG rich millionaires from Silicone Valley and funded by rich millionaires like George Soros. And loved by the liberal media, the BIG liberal media. What liberal media you ask? That one you watch every night. Not to mention the darling of the Hollywierd elitists. Nice.

Hypocrites.
