He's Got A Point

I'm sure all of us can admit, that not only is Bush not the best speech maker, but it would also be nice if just once in a while, he could make a speech that does not mention 9/11,terror,war etc. You know, maybe something on the environment or education.

But, it was to be expected on 9/11 to mention war, because 9/11 itself was an act of war. I kinda liked his speech last night. It was pretty good for Bush.

I think this point needs to be cemented in people's minds:

"America did not ask for this war, and every American wishes it were over. So do I," Bush said. "But the war is not over, and it will not be over until either we or the extremists emerge victorious."

It's really that simple. Peace through superior fire power.

Mohammed said, “I have been ordered to fight with the people till they say, none has the right to be worshipped but Allah” (Al Bukhari vol. 4:196)

Sura 8:67 “It is not fitting for a Prophet that he should have prisoners of war until he has made a great slaughter in the land.”

Qur’an 5:33 “The punishment for those who wage war against Allah and His Prophet and make mischief in the land, is to murder them, crucify them, or cut off a hand and foot on opposite sides...their doom is dreadful. They will not escape the fire, suffering constantly.”

Qur’an:8:7 “Allah wished to confirm the truth by His words: ‘Wipe the infidels out to the last.'"
