"ORCAS ISLAND, Wash. — Vandals burned dozens of small American flags that decorated veterans' graves for Memorial Day and replaced many of them with hand-drawn swastikas, authorities said Monday.

Forty-six flag standards were found empty and another 33 flags were in charred tatters Sunday in the cemetery, authorities said. Swastikas drawn on paper appeared where 14 of the flags had been.

The vandals struck again on Memorial Day after a guard left at dawn, the San Juan County sheriff's office said. This time, the vandals left 33 of the hand-drawn swastikas.

"This is not an act of free speech. This is a crime," Sheriff Bill Cumming said in a statement released Monday afternoon.

Sheriff's department officials declined to comment further on Monday."

The bias in the media is obvious, but never so much so as in this article. The rah, rah, rah, go terrorists, CBS is at it again.

Here's the break down:
"A New York jury has found a Florida doctor(Sabir, a Saudi-born, Columbia University-educated doctor who lived in Boca Raton, Florida, until his May 2005 arrest) guilty of providing material support to al Qaeda." So, he's guilty of helping those who want to kill Americans en masse.

How does CBS describe him?

1)"he was composed and dapper"
2)"he tried to refute the government’s branding him a radical Muslim" (Yes, the government, who caught him taking the loyalty oath (“bayat”) to al Qaeda and its leaders.)
3)"Wearing his gray suit, white shirt, and paisley tie..." (Who gives a fuck what he wore?)
4)"prosecutors portrayed him as planning to volunteer his medical services to wounded “jihadists” overseas." (For which he was found GUILTY!!!! Love the quotes.)
5)"In addition to the purported oath taking.." (It's not purported, he was nailed on tape and it was not alleged, he was nailed on tape and his co-conspirator plead guilty. And he was found guilty as well.)

Tokyo Rose

The other night I watched a movie called, "Flags of our Fathers." During the movie, I pointed out the radio broadcast of "Tokyo Rose."

She had the best music on her station. During World War II the Japanese developed a way to demoralize the American forces. Psychological warfare experts developed a message they felt would work. They gave the script to their famous broadcaster "Tokyo Rose" and every day she would broadcast this same message packaged in different ways.

The Japanese hoped it would have a negative impact on American GI's morale.

What was that demoralizing message? It had three main points:

1. Your President is lying to you.
2. This war is illegal.
3. You cannot win the war.

Does this sound familiar today?

It is because we are being bombarded by Tokyo Hillary, Tokyo Harry, Tokyo Teddy, Tokyo Nancy, Tokyo Murtha, etc., and they have picked up the same message and are broadcasting it on Tokyo CNN, Tokyo ABC, Tokyo CBS, Tokyo NBC, etc., to our troops.

The only difference is that those who are conveying this message claim to support our troops before they demoralize them.

Come to think of it, Tokyo Rose told the troops she was on their side, too.

The Height of Arrogance

If there is any doubt in your mind about who your "representatives" are really representing, watch the vote for cloture on the immigration bill today - or, as I like to call it, the "Unexclusive-ing of United States Citizenship" bill. That's right - just like in 1986, the "leaders" of this country feel that the only way to solve the illegal immigration issue is to make them all legal.

This would be similar to Brentwood Country Club allowing the course hoppers to become a members to avoid having a course-hopper problem, instead of firing up the course rangers and security personnel to keep the hoppers off the course in the first place.

When Reagan signed the first amnesty bill in 1986, he had the assurances of all involved that enforcement would be forthcoming. Oddly enough, the Career Politicians who gave him (and, by extension, the country) that impression lied through their teeth. I know, it's shocking to find out that people who make a habit of misleading the voting public would turn around and not tell the truth on any other subject, but there you have it. At any rate, the enforcement sections never materialized - with the result that today, nearly three times the number of illegal invaders will be handed citizenship if this bill passes. Ladies and Gentlemen of the United States, it is time to wrest control away from the self-serving spoiled millionaires running the country for their own amusement and hand it back to We the People. It is time for the citizens of this country to stand up and be counted, to let the "leaders" know that they are not representing the majority will of those they owe their position to - and I am not referring to the political string-pullers with deep pockets.

Former Virginia governor James Gilmore (R-Va.): Nice tie, liked the Rudy McRomney thing, but come on, the guy could prattle on for days and still not say anything. Hasta La Vista.

Former New York City mayor Rudolph Giuliani: I personally thought he was weak on the issues, but Ron Paul served him up a home run with his ridiculous "9/11 was our fault" crap.His now outed pro-choice stance will kill him with the hard core conservatives. I like him, but I wish he'd nailed some of the harder questions with more conviction.

Former Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee: Kevin Spacey's twin, best thing he said all night was comparing recent spending to John Edwards outings at the beauty salon. I did however like on other thing he said about his constituent, something along the line of,"Well, 80% of my constituents wanted it, so I had to go with what they wanted." Yes, and that's what you are hired to do.

Rep. Duncan Hunter (R-Calif.): I love Duncan, but geez, the guy only got 2 or 3 questions. Best thing I love about Hunter is he's presidential. He has the charisma and the balls. And his voting record shows he's very consistent.

I'm Pro-Responsibility

I'm not pro-abortion and lean closer to anti-abortion, what I really am is pro-responsibility. If people would practice abstinence or safe sex, then abortion would become a thing of the past. Little babies would not be killed on a daily basis and the trauma of the experience on women would cease to exist. I still think it is necessary in some circumstances, such as rape, incest or disease. But that's it.

One of the arguments out there is parental notification. I strongly believe than any CHILD under the age of 18 should be required to have parental notification. Salute To A Hero

"A U.S. Marine drowned after saving two children who were swimming off Atlantic Beach in North Carolina, the military said.

Master Sgt. Michael Wert, an intelligence chief for the 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing at Cherry Point in Havelock, N.C., was vacationing this past weekend with his family at the beach when he saw two boys struggling in the surf, the Marines said in a statement.

His wife, Debbie, said her husband rushed into the water to help while she went to call 911. Their daughter, Katrina, grabbed a boogie board and followed Wert, a Michigan native, into the water.

"She managed to help the boys onto the board, but didn't see her dad with them," Debbie Wert said in the statement. "The one little boy told her (Michael Wert) had to let them go and had died."

Rescue personnel found Wert but could not revive him.

Wert joined the Marines in 1989 after graduating from Alma High School, where he was a cross-country runner, The Saginaw News reported. He served in Operation Desert Storm and supported Operation Iraqi Freedom."

Take a moment today to honor this brave man and all of those who've lost their lives being better people that I could ever be. My thoughts and deepest sympathy are with his wife and daughter today.

(a) Recognition of the Suffering of the Residents of Guam- The United States recognizes that, as described by the Guam War Claims Review Commission, the residents of Guam, on account of their United States nationality, suffered unspeakable harm as a result of the occupation of Guam by Imperial Japanese military forces during World War II, by being subjected to death, rape, severe personal injury, personal injury, forced labor, forced march, or internment.

SEC. 3. PAYMENTS FOR GUAM WORLD WAR II CLAIMS.

(a) Payments for Death, Personal Injury, Forced Labor, Forced March, and Internment- Subject to section 5, after receipt of certification pursuant to section 4(b)(8) and in accordance with the provisions of this Act, the Secretary of the Treasury shall make payments as follows:

(1) RESIDENTS INJURED- The Secretary shall pay compensable Guam victims who are not deceased before any payments are made to individuals described in paragraphs (2) and (3) as follows:

(A) If the victim has suffered an injury described in subsection (c)(2)(A), $15,000.

He suffered fatal wounds to his abdomen and genitals. When Garza ran to the foot of the stairs, he took a blast to the left shoulder and staggered out into the street where he bled to death before medical help could arrive.
It was found out later that Resindez was armed with a stolen 45 caliber handgun he took from another home invasion robbery. The victim, 50 year old David Burien, was not so lucky as he died from stab wounds to the chest."
